We accept returns for a full refund on any defective product purchased in the last 30 days. To proceed, below are the guidelines.

- Reason for request of refund/replacement
- Photo/image of the defective item
- Account number to receive refund
2. Send the items on below address once return/replacement has been acknowledge by our personnel.

3. Our customer service team will process the refund within 24-48hrs after the receipt of the product.
Mammoth Empire is not responsible for any damages on the product misuse. In the event that product become defective due to improper usage and negligence, Mammoth shall bear no liability or obligation for replacement.
